The 2024 dates for the Eastern & Oriental Express have been released

After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Eastern & Oriental Express is set to reopen in 2024. The iconic train will offer two seasonal journeys from Singapore to Malaysia, with stops in Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, and Penang. However, for an unknown reason, Thailand has been left off the itinerary this time.

The Eastern & Oriental Express has undergone a major refurbishment in the past two years, with all 15 carriages being updated to reflect the latest in luxury travel. The cabins now feature plush bedding, marble bathrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The two dining cars have also been redesigned, with new menus that feature Asian fusion cuisine.
